Default B Series Hybrid gods... Am I going to hell?

I picked up a DA Integra with a slung rod, and B18a's are stupid rediculously insanely way overpriced. Not happy about it. Rebuilding is not going to be cheap either. However, I can pick up a USDM B16a3 (think 3 ) Longblock with a spun camshaft, lost oil to the head.

A. Can that head be rebuilt?! B. The DA has an auto (maybe a nice change of pace, as I've never owned an auto) is there an ecu for a B16a and auto!??! Or should I have the P74 Chipped??
C. worst case senario, if the B16 head is junk, will the stock P74 run fine with the B16 block and B18a head? LOL I know its kind of a shame, but this is going to be my ghetto cheaply done, auto super clean DA.

I want to do it as cheaply as possible, and I know its going to need rods and pistons, rings and bearings. Possibly a re-hone/bore and crank grind to rebuild. Plus a gasket set. That is not a cheap fix.

Any suggestions?

What year DA? '90 - '91s are OBD0, '92 - '93s are OBD1. Regardless you won't have an easy time getting a B16 automatic ECU, it will have to be JDM, no USDM version exists. B18 head on a B16 block will suck. And if you've never owned one before, automatics are not fun.

Well, my fiancee's audi A4 Quatro is an auto and I drive it all the time. I've never owned one.... This is my DD, my WRX gets super shitty gas mileage and I drive 1k a week...

Its obd1... 93... Paid $450 for the car and its damn near mint other than the Longblock.

Compression would be around 9.7 with the B16 block, which doesn't seem to be too low..

Steve at Hmotors would surely come through for me on the ecu, if I could have the B16 head repaired... That would be such a gravy swap!

Anyone know if a spun cam can be repaired (not cam but head and cam cap?)

byy...? Welding and re-boring? Is the aluminum hard coated in the journals/caps? Is there such a thing as over-boring and using brass bearings? Maybe thats a crazy Idea...I'm just trying to figure out where I'll have it done at...
