Evolution H2B in CRX Hood Clearance?
Has anyone here used the Evolution EF kit yet? .. im trying to figure out how much space i need to space my hood.. for the QSD kit i need 3 inch's i kind of like the Evolution kit better, but it seems like nobody can give me an answer to how much space i need for the hood, not even the people that sell the kits can give me an answer.. so if anyone here has used one could you let me know.. an yes hood clearance to me does matter.. i can handle an inch or so, but not 3 or more.. thats crazy

Re: Evolution H2B in CRX Hood Clearance? (LA_HONDAS)
Like i said in the other thread, If EVO's kit is any better for hood clearance, it's either lower, or tilted differently. If it's flat out lower, then your car better not be lowered, or kiss your oil pan and downpipe good bye.
Like i said before (and which you obviously ignored), your hood clearance is not going to be a matter of shimming only an inch, no matter how badly you want it to be. Get an SiR or a ZC hood with no webbing and you could probably go 1.5" or 2".
