Default crank woodruff key slot

alright fellas, heres the problem,i recently built my 93 ls bottem end.shotpeened ls rods, arp rod bolts, usdm itr slugs, new bearings and so on.ok,i used a impact to tighten my crank pulley bolt and it was fine for about 200 miles.i go to check my crank pulley and it wiggles and rotates back and forth.now at this time i know im flucked cus i figure the crank is reamed out cus the woodruff key is missing.after futher observation,i install another woodruff key and new(almost new)crank pulley.i tighten again with the impact.100 miles later it does the same thing again .im so hurt at this time i havent even taken the pulley off yet but imma guess it looks the same as first time.what should i do.is there any way i can fix this problem.jus to clarify, the crank was new and the woodruff key slot is not reamed out to my knowledge.but if it is,is the neway i can fix this???

is the bolt actually coming loose ??? Or is the crank snout worn down ??? If its just the bolt coming loose, I would suggest some blue loctite on the threads of the crank bolt & then torqueing it down to the correct specs ...

do you have the timing belt guide plates installed before you put the key and crank pulley on?

if the rear guide plate is missing the key will slide all the way to the end of the crank shaft nose and eventually fall out.......

part number 13 listed in this picture:

yes,i cant understand.everything is perfect.my only guess is that the crank had a defect or something.but come to think of it,the crank is not remanufactured, its a stock, reconditioned ls crank.welp,im tired of workin on this car,and if i cant fix this problem,i will more than likely part out the motor
