the ep3 si & all rsx share the same rear calipers (stamped 9 C L P 1 4 S), same sized pad and rotors, the part numbers might be different but the parts are interchangeable.

the 02-03 si rear rotors are 4X100. you can use rotors from 04-05 si & 02-06 rsx, but since they're 5-lug, so you'll have to get them re-drilled
the caliper brackets (stamped 3 E P) will bolt right on. when installing the caliper bodies, left-side goes right & right-side goes left. the calipers must be bled with the assemblies off the car since they upside down.

what rotor and brake pad i need if i buy rsx S caliper to stay 4x100?
ep3 disk with ep3 pad? or ep3 disk with rsx s pas?

you use the pad that goes with caliper. If you want to stay 4 x 100 then use ep3 rear discs. As for the e-brake cable issue, if you us ITR rear calipers you shouldn't have any problems. Using rear RSX calipers i noticed that you might be able to just connect the e-brake cable but the bleeder nipple ends being upside down. I can post pics of the rear RSX calipers if needed.
<U>PARTS LIST</U>
EP3 or RSX rear calipers ( stamped 9CLP14S )
EP3 or RSX brake pads
02-03 EP3 Civic Si 4X100 rear 10.2" rotor

yes you can...the rsx & ep3 rear calipers are the same calipers and use the same brake pads
the 02-03 ep3 civic si rear 10.2" rotor is 4X100

However, due to the ebrake mechanism placement, you have to put the right caliper on the left and the left on the right. Doing this will cause the bleeder valve to be upside down. So, before I mounted the caliper, I held it right side up, stuck a block of wood in front of the piston and bled the brakes. Then I turned the piston back in and mounted the caliper. </TD></TR></TABLE>

let me shed some light on this...
to use RSX or EP3 rear calipers on your integra,
use the e-brake attachment lever (from your integra rear calipers, stamped 7CLP13S)
(#23 & #33 on the pic below)
swap them on to your rsx or ep3 rear calipers
and use your integra e-brake cables
