IAVC code with stock ecu
hey ht I am throwing p1509 code (IAC Valve Circuit Failure) on my 97 civic cx with b18c1 swap could this be due to the fact that the d16y7 ecu is looking for a 3 wire iavc conection to the ecu???
p.s trying to do my best to get the cel off so i can pass emissions

Do not run a B18C1 on a P2E ECU. Get an OBD2A P72 GS-R ECU. You will have to convert the wiring for a 2 wire IACV on both ends of the harness as well.

what are you people on? The GSR is one of the more unique B-series motors and needs its proprietary ECU. Jesus H. Christ
