Default Spark problem?

My wife has a 93 Accord SE and it has a missing problem. The car feels like it has a fouled plug or something. I changed the plugs, cap, and wires and cleaned the rotor and the problem is still there. It happens at idle and under acceleration. We just bought the car. What should I check next? Only other thing I can think of is a fuel filter. The car has the f22a6

Check for Vacumm leaks. Get a can of starter fluid and spray the mist around the engine bay at the rubber hoses a little at a time with the motor running. If the engine suddenly revs higher then you have a vac. leak. It will rev because a crack in a hose is sucking in the starter fluid which is highly potent stuff and will cause engine to run faster briefly.

If thats not it you could also have a warped or cracked intake manifold. 02 sensor could be bad sending false data to the ECU and causing the air/fuel mixture to be off also.

Before you go changing a whole bunch of parts, you need to understand the condition of the engine. Do a compression test FIRST. Go on from there.

Good Luck,

Oh yeah, no CEL either. I did check the gap on the plugs, I'm taking it to a shop tomorrow to get fixed if I can't figure it out tonight.

Also, missing goes away about %90 when warmed up and driving. Idle is still bad.
