Default timing, Cam Locks

My friend that has helped me with working on my honda's a couple years ago had a set of "camlocks" i dont know if thats the proper name but i have been searching on and off for these. What they do is its for all the honda dual cam applications, no so much for the newer honda's but you would put the cam lock in and it would lock the cams in top dead center, and it made putting the belt on a breeze nothing would move and timing would be right on as long as you had everything else right. so what i am asking is if anyone has ever heard of these or know where i can get a set.

My friend had one of those for his VW. I think it's more of a specialty tool. I would try a good auto parts store first. If you can't get one there, I would try to get one from snap on maybe? I would try a dealership too.
