Default KYB/AGX Shocks question.

Wsup. I'm getting a set of kyb/agx shocks next week. does anyone here use/heard about them? what springs are you using w/ them? what setting do you have yours on? i'm pretty excited about changing my stock shocks out. some feedback on the shocks would be greatly appreciated.

I have the AGXs with Ground Control Coilovers. The AGXs are the best damper for the money IMO. I run mine on 3 front and rear. I had the same setup on my first 5th gen and they lasted through several years of hard driving and felt like new when I sold the car. I think you'll be quite happy with them.

I'm running AGXs on mine with Tein S.tech springs, and my bro has them on his integra with H&R race springs. I love them, they are a great mid-range shock. I run mine 3 in front and 4 in back, it rides REALLY well and controls very neutrally IE not much oversteer/understeer

AGX's all around with H&R sport springs on my 4th gen. setting "4" all corners and the thing handles like a super-car.

-i recommend getting a nice (1"dia or bigger) solid rear sway bar, defiantly will complement the suspension!

KYB AGX shocks for a 4th & 5th gen Prelude will run about $300 + tax + S/H. You can get them on eBay right now for $350 shipped. You can find better deals if you go with a combo, i.e. KYB AGX shocks + GC Coilovers for $600 shipped, or KYB AGX shocks + Eibach Prokit for $525 shipped. Just use google.

Running the AGX's with tein H-Tech's. I have about 1k on them both and so far i can't say enough good things. I run 3/front and 4/rear and it feels great. Highly recommended. I will be going to Thunderhill Raceway on the 8th, so i'll see how they REALLY preform

I bought my lude with KYB AGX struts and Tanabe springs. I've but 12k on them and they're still going strong. I have them set at 4 on all 4. Just for the heck of it I put them all on 1 and let's just say I'll never do that again lmao
