You just have to mess w/ the settings and decide what works best for you, for your preferences, for your area's road conditions, etc.
The AGX's are not made to take an extreme drop or run super-stiff springs (like Neuspeed or H&R Race springs). Sport springs or ProKits or the like should be fine, though.

KYB AGX's are best mated with springs that do NOT lower more than 1.5".
The bigger the number, the "stiffer" the ride will be. Dial it at 2 in front, 1 in rear to get close to stock ride. It will be close to stock ride, but never the same.
I wouldn't recommend 3 or higher up front if you live in pothole-land.
For autocross, you'll want to increase the stiffness.
But you should mess with it and find out what fits best for you.

Lowering the car more than 1.5" voids the AGX warranty, but I've heard several people say they've had their cars lowered more than that on AGX's without problems. I have Eibach prokits, and I drive 1 in front and 2 in back. That seems to keep the car from understeering as much as when I used 2 in front and 1 in back, though the rear gets a little more unsettled over bumps.
Alexboy, how low were you dropped?
