ek b series vtec wiring confusion

im trying to wire up vtec using my stock dx harness but im confused.
im using this as my sourse of info:http://www.ff-squad.com/tech/w...8.jpg it says c15 is for the vtec pressure switch but the pressure swith has two wires that go to it. so where does the other one go? it only makes sense to me for it to be grounded but if so can i ground it anywhere or does it go somewhere specific?
