right turn signal doesnt flash! :(
hey guys my problem is all my lights work except my turn signal on the front right. this is on my 1991 crx. fuses are fine, bulbs are not blown tested with new ones in there didnt do a darn thing. could it be a worn relay if there are parking light relays on a crx?
in for answers cause i posted a thread last month i think in here and lighting forum..very few replied.
my light does this from time to time. all the lights on my cluster would click click but my right side doesnt even light..if i leave it clicking for a bit it would blow the fuse..checked my wires, changed bulbs but no solution.

let me try to put more detail into my problemo!! alright when i go to turn on my lights everything lights up in the corner lense except the middle . the bumper lights work the rear lights work just that stinking front middle lamp. i tried to see if any power is going to the lamp with a volt meter, and there was no reading. what could be the problem? is there a relay for the blinkers?
hmmph about the corner lamp im talking about: the corner lense has 2 bulbs that go in it, and one of them blinks. the one that blinks is the one closest to the headlight, and that is the one that doesnt blink anymore
. fireant my crx is a hf and i dont think it has intermittent wipers? how was your problem fixed? i wanted to track that wire all the way to where it goes but it seems like such a hassle

the one that doesnt work is not a blinker, its your parking light which stays on all the time. and you mention that your bumper corner stays which its NOT suppose to do. maybe last owner had switched that non working corner to the bumper and thats why you have to reconnect new wires to it? now check to see if there is 2 other wires left hanging behind the bumper (take it off and its a black and red wire)

fireant, i have an si with intermittent wipers and my corner/signals are working intermittently. the grounds check out, and the bumper signals work, along with the tails. what i am getting now is they will occasionally light up with the parking lights, but as soon as i try hazards or turn signal, they flicker and go out. sometimes the left corner starts blinking when the right blinker is on! it's really weird. tail signals and bumper lights work perfectly. i've been looking at wiring and diagrams, even replaced a flasher but still the same issue

myefsedan: i think we are mixed up, but lets see if i can make this more clear. when you put any signal on, a light blinks on the corner lamp, and a light blinks on the bumper lense. what does not blink on mine anymore is the corner lamp. its not a horrible problem, but it bugs me its out because if that goes out, it might trigger other lights to go out and then it will be horrible :-p but thanks for all the replies! im still wondering is there a relay for the turn signals?

***, i just owned myself..i got mixed up with this thread
https://honda-tech.com/zerothread/2412489
cause i was up all night just trying to help others..i think theres relays near the intake box?? im not sure its like 2 small black box relay type that is bolt on the frame..theres also fuses under the dash but i dont think its that cause the bottom corner still works...it can also be the plug it self, try switching it with the opposite side and see it works there (process of elimination
) check wires to see if its cut or short somewhere. sry just giving some possibilities since i had electrical issues myself..

The running light is supposed to trade on-off with the turn signal light when the headlights are on and the signal is activated.
Wipers and blinkers
I was having trouble with my intermittent wipers not working all the time, but I ignored it for years. One year when I was going for an annual inspection, my blinkers (front right) were not working properly.
They were sticking on, or sometimes not working, and sometimes alternating with the opposite side...VERY frustrating.
I looked in the manual, and determined my turn signal control unit was dead, so I got a replacement (it must come from the same model as its replacing).
This is the turn signal control unit. It is on the backside of your under-dash fuse panel.

Here's what the circuit board inside my old one looked like...all burned up.

On the Si's it turns out this control unit also controls the intermittent wipers, so when I fixed my turn signals, my wipers started working normally again.

awesome, thanks for the reply. pretty sure that module is going bad on my car too.
i think it also contains the warning chime and does a few other tricks too
