My friend has a 9 ex civic coupe with tails that look to be off a 99 SI(red and clear). Are the tail lights exchangeable from 92-00 also? If not, is ebay the only place to find some?

 

First, The Red clear tail lights for 99-00 came on all models. Theyre not Si lights.

No not all 92-00 lights are exchangeable.
92-95 are interchangeable, idk much about the exterior option on the 5th Gen.

96-00 couple tailiights are able to be swapped.

96-98 have the orange turn signals.
99-00 have the red clear lights.
And obviously hatch and 4 door tail lights wont work on the coupe.
