there aren't any specific si lights, to be clear. 99-00 coupes all have the same taillights.
i have seen the ones with the clear on the top, they are aftermarket, yes. where can you get them? i have no idea.

OP never stated which year he was talkin about. I have seen white top/red bottom EK tail lights, eBay special. But EG SIs are white top/red bottom, right?
