Help with Civic SI and Civic DX,LX,EX

I have a 2000 Honda Civic DX and my friend has a 2000 Honda Civic SI and I have some aftermarket headers that I want to give to him, would they fit on his? I also have a catback exhaust system, would they fit as well? Any help with this would be great thanks

A D header won't fit a B.

when i swapped a b16 into my dx with a d16 i used my catback but had to cut the piece closest to the front of the car and bolt it to the mani then sleeve it and weld. bam d sieries catback on a b sieries motor.
