Hey im kind of new to this forum with this account. I got a 2008 civic si sedan at the beggining of summer. Im not sure which route to go with "tuning it".
Either do the whole H/I/E with k-pro (once they make one for the si and not use the rsx-s one) or go turbo-charged.
What do you guys think of like a ebay turbo kit set up. You can get one for like a grand with everything. Is it really THAT shitty? Im all about quality parts and I only like putting the best I can in my car but are the Ebay turbo kits really that bad?

I think you answered your question.

Buddy had a EG hatch w/ an ebay turbo kit. Manifold cracked a week after installation.

 

^ x 2 ebay has a bunch of crap on it.... if your thinking about turbo i would do some research on what brand, size, and style. what kind of power are you looking for. quick spool up or more lag. there are 100 different options in a turbo setup that people over look and end up destroying their engine or dont get the full benefits out of the setup.
