adjusting cam gears

Default adjusting cam gears

i wish i can do things the right way by geting tuned on a dyno but i was wondering if any one would no a good cam gear setting besides 0 degrees im running a gsr head built with supertech velves jun springs and retainers jun stage 3 cams jun cam gears bottom end is a b18c1 block also with gsr crank and itr rods and pistons

I belive it depends whether your looking for top end power which would be advance timing and bottom end power which is retarding timing. but for the degree i couldnt tell you.
