hey guys

i drive a 2001 gsr and for some reason my speedo was not working i was trying ot take out the cat so i could run open header and ocne i did i took it out for a drive and the speedo was not working?

could it have unplugged also if it did where does it go in?

Check your VSS (vehicle speed sensor) located on the tranny housing..

Check to make sure it's still plugged in and also undo the plug and make sure the connectors are still intact..

Do you have a CEL?

 

yes i do have a cel light
