Knocking noise after brake job
Replaced my front brakes and rotors today. Afterwards, I noticed a knocking noise in the front of the car. I'm assuming the wheel/brake area. The knocking noise increases with speed and rpm. Could this be caused by sticking pads rubbing the rotor, or improper torquing of the wheel nuts?
I don't hear the noise while braking or turning, only while going straight.

Update, so I removed the rotors and pads on both sides, then reinstalled everything and torqued every bolt. Its still doing it.
I'm not sure if this is possible, but could it be that the "squealer" indicator tab was installed wrong and is touching the wheel?

Thanks for the suggestion but these pads don't have an indicator tab, so that rules that out.
Could bad guide pins cause the pads not to retract and make the caliper hit the pads or rotor?

I doubt it, I've done dozens of brake jobs, this is a first. And on top of that, it's my GF's car, so that makes me even more paranoid.

Not sure, but it does sound like it's coming from the driver side.
