Default b18b1 turbo questions

i just swapped a 1998 b18b1 into my 1990 integra...im aware that this motor will hold 12 psi safely with stock internals...i plan on doing 12psi with a t3/t4 turbo with a 255 pump and 550cc injectors...waht kind off power sould i be expecting at the wheels with no tuning?...mind you i will not always be in the peddle...this is my daily driver and i only plan on having my foot in it on the weekends

Well If you don't have any kind of tuning you don't want to run any boost! At least have a conservative base map that have boost control or you will throw a CEL. With any boosted honda you will want some sort of tune whether is street/dyno to get a/f ratio correct so your honda doesn't go boom esp with 12psi on no tune. but as far as your power I would estimate that you will make somewhere in the 250 - 275 range on an "ok" tune.

What computer are you using? I will be running a P06 (civic dx) (chipped, vtec, IAB, Hondalog) I have the free version of crome (tunewithcrome.com free download) and buy a moates burn2 (I have the new burn2 $85) and a wideband go hit the street log the sensors and reburn the chip until everything is up to your spec...

If you don't want to blow the car just load a conservitive basemap.....(just add boost to the rom and plenty of fuel and about 1 - .75 degrees of timing with 110% turbo efficiency for a good start...*this is for crome

just search the net you can find loads of info! You DO NOT want a website to tune the chip you will be better off street tuning yourself these best "guess" chips are probably have a good basemap but if you do the above you will have a better map for YOUR setup...

Get your chipping kit and rom burner from many sites but I got mine for xenocron.com check it out along with tunewithcrome.com ;D
