Did a gsr swap in my del sol and everything was working fine. Installed skunk2 IM and chipped ecu last week, and when I gunned it in second gear the radiator cap was blown off. It has a stock del sol radiator in now and no temp. problems before cap blew off.

Do I need to install aftermarket or gsr radiator, or could something else be the problem? thanks in advance

 

Its the radiator.. You dont necessarily have to upgrade the radiator but maybe your radiator just gave out? also recheck all your vacuum lines and coolant lines
