HELP!!!!!!!!! idiot in my parking lot knocked my bike over now it wont start

HELP!!!!!!!!! idiot in my parking lot knocked my bike over now it wont start
so i have a 94 cbr 600 and i walked out of my apartment building this morning and my bike was laying on the ground with a pool of gas and oil underneath it.... of course .... when i picked it up the break handle was broke off and the mirror is done for... not a huge issue... but when i went to start it you can hear the starter try and engage but nothing happens ........blah some one please give me a hint where to start

You hear the starter try and engage? you mean clicking or is the bike cranking over?
If you have a tip sensor, a clutch lever sensor, a kick stand sensor or an in gear sensor, make sure they are functioning correctly.

my bike got knocked over, and it would turn over but wouldnt start. thought it may be fouled plugs so I changed them but still the same problem. The problem ended up being that the exhaust system was completely filled up with gas. cleaned it out and started right up.
My bike is an 06 599(shares the same engine)
