Default Serious problem

I'm really sad right now. My bike isn't working and I have no clue what is wrong now. My carburetor was acting up , so I took off the float and attempted to seal the crack with super glue. . I tried to start her up but she wouldn't. My frine came over and we push started it and got it running. After about a minute, i let off the gas and it immedietly died. I tried to kick start it a little after that with no luck.
I noticed that my kick start was getting harder to push and wasnt "skipping" like normal. After trying to kick it about 5 times, the kick starter totally locked up. I can't nove it at all. When I put the bike in gear and try to push it, it is locked up. I have no clue what is wrong.
I am really sad right now. . I feel like if I wouldnt have messed with my bike, this wouldn't have hapened. If anyone might know whats wrong and whats going on with my bike I would greatly appreciate it. BTW, i took out the plug and tried to kick it, and it still won't budge, so I don't think it's hydrolocked. 1983 yz250.

engine lubrication... sounds like a seized powertrain. Good test by pulling the plug though.
