Well, my friend's been having a problem in his 97 ex civic.
His speedo will jump to 140 while hes driving, or it will just stay at 0.

When ever he tries to romp on it, it'll shoot to 140, and kick the govenor in.

He's replaced the speed sensor(didn't fix the problem)
He just replaced his whole tachometer this morning

it still did not fix the problem.
Does anyone have any idea what the problem could be? thanks
