car blows hot when parking. i think its the fan thats not working. im not sure which one is the ac fan and which one is the radiator fan. its a 99 honda civic hatchback. standin from in front of the car, the left fan isnt spinnin and the right fan is.. is that the ac fan and is it causing my ac not blowing cold
Standing from front of car looking into cabin. The left fan is your radiator fan. The right fan is your AC condenser fan.
Or
AC fan is located on driver side. Radiator is located on passenger side.
You AC not blowing cold could be many things. Let me know if you like more information to cure your problem.

First step. Once you have determined the AC condenser fan is spinning when AC button in car cabin is turn on. Now it's time to see if your clutch on your AC compressor is engaging when AC is turn on.
Turn on car, push the AC button in the car's cabin to turn on AC, turn fan to max speed.
Now go look in your engine bay, located on the driver's side between the motor itself and the AC condenser, way on the bottom closest to the floor of the ground you should see your AC compressor. On the AC compressor there is a pulley. To the right of the pulley there should be a thin disc, when AC is turned on the thin disc should be spinning along with the pulley.
Check that out and let us know, we will start from there.
