Good fuel management. prob need head studs, thicker HG, make sure the rest of your car is up to par on maintenance. new water pump, timing belt. good turbo parts.

when i built my d16 i had vitara pistons 75.5, eagle rods, arp head studs, new fuel and oil lines, of course a turbo i had greddy 18g, and a custom manifold is what i had.., intercooler, greddy bov..hmm i forget..it was awhile back..but my friend had a fully built d16 with the same setup i was doing except my pistons were .5 more, then get it bored and honed..and **** was a long processsss..but parted out and never went through with it! but anyways, my friends had it in an eg hatch and ran high 10's but im not sure what turbo they had. but build that beetch!
