Default NEW TO THE DC5 WORLD

So I sold my 98 Prelude and Jumped into a DC5

Its an 04 ...and has been rebuild after a front end collision

Its been lowered on Eibach SportLine Springs and Koni Yellow Shocks

It runs like a charm EXECPT..... When I turn the wheel left to right at a complete stop

I hear a clicking noise comming from the left and right suspension

It doesn't happen all the time but maybe.......65% of the time

any takes??

thx :D

check your cv joints. sounds like an axle problem.

Ok I know I should post a new forum but this is just a quick question

When daily driving and shifting from 1st to 2nd
Is it a smooth transition into the gear
or kinda notchy and you can hear the gear going into the gate

Because thats happening to me
2nd 3rd 4th 5th and 6th gear are all smooth as butter
but just 1st to 2nd is kinda rough

any takes?

I started not putting so much pressure on the shifter and letting it glide in smoothly

Is it normal

Before you do anything, whenever you are hearing noises from the steering components, go ahead and peek into your power steering reservoir, no matter what the noise is, there is always a chance that you have a leak, or some other PS problem.

the grinding is a problem you will never solve. I took mine to the dealership they changed the synchros and it still does it. It's a design flaw. Go get the GM syncromesh. It took my grind away. But you have to change your tranny fluid regularly.
