Default E85 what's needed??

I am contemplating running E85 opposed to 105 octane on my 86x89 all motor build but i was wondering what all i needed to do other than change fuel lines and bigger injectors.

Thanks

Bro I think e85 is like 105 octane, but I am pretty sure just a good tune and you can run that ****!

yes i kno E85 is equal to 105 but what do i need to do to reliably run E85. Is anything needed besides different fuel lines, bigger injectors and a good tune.

I heard of the fuel lines, but I dont know about the injectors and anything else, I thought you had to have a plastic fuel tank in order to run that **** too but I dunno

you need:

-bigger injectors, 550's for your 2.0L
-255 fuel pump
-tune
-Fuel lines are fine stock, at least mine have been for 2 years.

some injectors don't have stainless inside, over time they rust, that's something else to keep in mind. also, e85 or boost fuel as we call it in my area has less thermal energy than dino gas. if you build the car for e85 make sure you crank the compression or turn up the boost to take advantage of the octane. this stuff is garbage on 10:5-1 motors and wonderful on 12:5-1
