Default COILOVERS FOR DEL SOL? WHICH ONES DO I BUY?!?!

i got a 93 del sol with a b18c type r swap. now im looking into buying coilovers. i have a few ideas in mind but i have no idea which to go with. im thinkin of tein flex, pic, buddy club, function and form, omnipower, koni, progress suspension, or maybe the new endura-tech coilovers that i read about in modified mag. the car will be a daily driver for the most part with an occasional trip to the track. also does anyone suggest certain spring rates for the swap? theres so many to choose from, i want to know what you guys think from your own experience. any help would be greatly appreciated.

My brother has mono flex's on his prelude and he daily drives on them everyday. I never hear him complaining about them.
