Well, assuming that there's no body damage to the car, it sounds like your lock won't release.
I assume that the rest of them work?
Can you unlock the door with the key?
You're going to have to get in there and figure out what's going on, but that's a cast iron PITA with the door closed.
Do you have AAA? If so, I'd say call and have them pop the door with a slim-jim.
Then disassemble the door panel. I'd guess that the solenoid for the power locks is fried in the locked position.... but that's JUST a guess. You're gonna have to get in there and find out.

You can still open a car with power locks if the lock has no power.

Like PerryRT said call AAA, i've tried to jimmy doors due to keys locked in the car before, its not as easy as it looks. Either that or start entering dukes of hazzard style.
it sounds like its only one door not working? try opening it manuellly. power door lock actuator is problaly siezed or broken.
and to get into the car with a jimmy, easy. all i'll say.

Yeah, it's pretty easy to jimmy a car door with the right tools. I've done it. Most mechanics have at one time or another (although it's getting harder - fewer cars out there with mechanical doors!)
(actually, I think you may need something called a "slide lock tool" - like this one
It's also a way to get in trouble - a buddy of mine had to do some REAALLLY fast talking when he was stopped late one night - he went from having the "slim jim he used to help out his buddies" in his trunk to having "possession of burglary paraphernalia".
He was able to convince a judge otherwise, but that was next Monday morning, if you know what I mean.
Not saying don't do it - just saying be careful.

Didn't know that....but doesn't surprise me.
Now that I'm considering it, odds are pretty good that you'd need a locksmith bond or a towing certificate, or equivalent.
Anyway, we've completely hijacked this thread. Sorry, guys.
da9kid11 - did you ever get the door open?
