Injen CAI and K&N filter
Am going to install the Injen CAI on my 08 SI sedan and wondered whether
the K&N filter would be an improvement over the filter the Injen provides?
Any thoughts?

Improvements? Negligible. There's a comparison article floating around that showed the APEXi filter as being the best. On the pricey side but I'm very content with mine over my stock Injen CAI filter.
