Weird surging problem (Maybe ECU?)

Weird surging problem (Maybe ECU?)
Well I've searched and searched. I got a GSR swap from Hmotors and we have a surging idle. I've bled the coolant, checked for vacuum leaks, replaced the FITV replaced IACV, replaced TPS sensor, only thing I haven't replaced is the map.
I know I probably shouldn't have tried it but I have a p28 with hondata s300 and a basemap for 550's and my turbo stuff. I started it up just for a few seconds and the car idled perfect. I don't know if that's just because my turbo and 550's weren't installed. Anyone have any idea's?
