everytime i run my car i see blue smoke out my muffler and then oil swirls in the compressor housing of my turbo. But then i let it sit and then rev the car and no smoke at all, it only occurs when i boost the car. does that mean i need and turbo oil restrictor or the seals in the turbo are bad?

 

your oil seals are done.
too much oil is going to your turbo.

happen to me too.
just get it rebuilt

after rebuild, put a oil restrictor
