I found the pcv valve but can't reach it. It looks like the air filter compartment and possibly fuel rail may need to come out to replace pcv valve. Any suggestions on easier way? Also, how do you get the air filter compartment off the throttle body any way?

 

There might be a clamp under the airbox. but other than that you just yank it off.

 

PCV valve goes here (circled in <FONT COLOR="red">red</FONT>).

No need to remove air box or fuel rail. Replace it underneath, similar to replacing oil filter (remove if nesessary).
