i have a 00 civic dx with a ex cluster n all my other lights work except for my low fuel light. should it light up with all the other ones when the ign is turned to the on pos.? or does it only turn on when the fuel is low and not when you start the car. ( and yes ive tried takin out the cluster n taking a light that works n putting it in the one that dosent work so dont think its a bad light.. any help is appreciated.
