dumb vtec ?

well my vtec used to kick in at 4500 and now its coming on at 5000 i've noticed a little power loss. its a d16z6 and just had a valve job. was thinking about advancing the time a little.

vtec comes on at 4800 rpm because of oil pressure. i know that the timing changes when vtec kicks, so in theory if the timing was off, when vtec did hit, it wouldnt act how it should. so, check it.
