gsr not passing smog help?

I have a loud rattle coming from my headers
HC (PPM) C0 (%) NO (PPM)
15 max 90 219Fail .54 .79fail 711 1233 Fail
25 max 56 90Fail .53 .24ok 754 277 ok

FAIL:Ignition Timing: 20 BTDC

just had the fuel injectors cleaned and engine flushed. Please help!!!
