distributor = gas problems?

Default distributor = gas problems?

I have a 92 LS motor with a 91 Crx SI distributor, will this effect gas mileage or performance in any way? cause my car is killin a whole lotta gas, and doesnt feel as fast as it should be...btw its a 92 LS motor in a 91 Crx.

It depends on the ECU you are running. If you are running a 1992 PR4, this is a problem. You need a 1992 distributer. But it would work fine with a 1990-1991 PR4, albeit with a slight loss of power due to the fact that the 1990-1991 PR4 is made for a less powerful version of the B18A.
