Default Need help guys! Pw0 ECu work on obd2 GS-R engine?

My friend is asking... He has an crx and using the it's harness. He wants to use my obd0 PW0 ECU. How many wires do he have to add and what does the ecu do about the IAB sensor and the butterfly intake manifold setup?
thanks

um i dont think thats possible.
1) the pw0 will not control the butterflies.
2) there are so many other things, i honestly dont think it will work.

It will work. But there are a few problems with using this ECU on a B18C1. The first is cost. Not only do you have to pay big bucks for the ECU. You also need to pay big bucks for a 1G JDM B16A distributer. The OBDII distributer is not compatible with the ECU. Then there is performance. As you already know, there is no IAB control. Although the engine will run without it, there will be a loss of low end and midrange power. You could use an RPM activated switch if you are not bothered by halfass setups. Also, the PR3/PW0 does not provide sufficient fuel for a 1.8 liter engine. Your best bet is to get an OBDI (1994-1995) P72 ECU. This ECU will run the motor perfectly. And it will work with the OBDII distributer.
