After driving the car for 20 min, my CEL goes on. I'm getting a code 2 (Oxygen Sensor # 2). I Turn the car off and start it up again and no CEL. After another 20 min of driving the same code comes back on. WTF

I replaced the oxygen sensor with a brand new one (NTK) and its still throwing a Code 2.

I'm using PWO ECU and ran Sub-Wire Secondary O2 sensor to Pin C8. I'll go double check my connections.

 

Did you reset the ECU after you replaced the O2 sensor? What is Sub-wire?

(To reset the ECU: remove 10amp fuse from under hood fusebox for 15 seconds.)

 

Well the primary o2 has the jdm green plug, And #2 would be the oem crx white circle plug. Did you replace the right one?

How did you wire the oxygen sensors at the ecu? C8 gets the white round circle plug.

Yup, Resetted the ECU! (Sub-Wire) Ran wire from Secondary o2 sensor to ECU!

Drove the car today! I didn't get any codes.

I was wondering if I can just chip my ECU & remove the secondary o2 sensor?

I replaced the correct one.

I just cut one of the wires from C8 and soldered them together.

Drove the car and no CEL! I'm crossing my fingers
