goin from B16 to B18C. Can I use same header?(eg)
Actually, sometimes it does. it will fit perfect on the head but the header might be too short and hit the block. if you have an after market header, then maybe they will work because a lot of after market headers are long as hell anyways.
All B-series headers will interchange. The only difference is the downpipe length and bolt configuration. For example, if someone wants to swap a LS into a EG hatch, he/she must use a B16 header in order to bolt up to the existing exhaust piping.

The LS and b16 are the same length under the oil pan. GSR headers are several inches shorter and will not reach the stock cat. A pipe can be fabbed and bolted or welded in for less than $40. Also, if going with a gsr, an L header's bracket will hit the oil pan. It needs to be grinded off.
edit: oh yeah, to the op, of course you can use the same header. The b16 and b18c1 heads are from the same cast. They are the same dimensions.
