Well, we just jacked up the front, lowered the subframe a little in the front, squeezed the inserts in and bolted it all back up. The rear was a pain in the ***. Lowered the subframe, twisted and turned and omg nightmare but got the inserts in with a lot of grease and a lot of frustrating twisting and turning. They aren't hard like tricky, just hard pain in the ***. Do the front first you'll feel good. lol

Get an engine hoist and leave the subframe the way [Honda] gods intended.

Yeah I too never liked the idea of messing with the subframe. I actually have to change mounts completely soon and am not sure how I'm gonna approach it. Should I just use a big *** closed-end?

Closed end? Is that an engine hoist type?

I did my mounts with my swap but I could see doing them all with the hoist and some "slack" (disconnect taught wires, etc) and moving the (hoist) supported engine. It's a lot of work but at least you didn't f your subframe.

I meant a closed-end wrench. Like a closed 17mm (or w/e size the bolts are) because I don't think a socket will fit up there

When I installed mine you have to loosen the rear bolts of the sub frame and take out the fronts to install the front insert. And do the opposite for the rear insert.
