Default Progress rear sway on ep!

what's up guys, i finally finishing up my suspension with skunk2 lca's, and progress rear sway and tie bar. i was in the process of finishing up the sway bar and the endlink bolts we being a total bitch to get out. i tried using vice grips to hold the nut and turn the bolt with a wrench but it wont budge. any help on this would be great so i can finally get all this stuff done, thanks.

There should be a spot for an allen wrench on the inside of the threads that you can hold the bolt still while you turn the nut. Hope this helps.

EDIT: FYI if you are doing all that you may want to invest in some Hotchkis endlinks they are a bit stronger than OEM which may break if stiffening your suspension. I'm going to pick some up when I get some extra $.

I'm actually having the same problem. Time was the essence so I just sawzalled that **** lol. [freak]ing endlinks were rusted as [freak] (cars only 6 years old). I'm praying air tools will at least loosen it up a little.

And yeah you should get some aftermarket endlinks for the Progress bar so it won't be a bitch again. I bought Corsports since they're aluminum

I bought Corsport's with my Progress rear and Tanabe front last summer. Now one endlink is completely shot (no boot, no resistance), another boot just fell off and will be junk soon. The other 2 are ripping. These endlinks never touched salt or snow. Corsport endlinks FTL.

Nice, in that 3rd pic it looks like you removed the Civic emblem and it left a lil adhesive lol, did you hook it up with Goo Gone later on?

Still using the POS but I'm going to try Ingalls or Hotchkis. Probably Hotchkis because you can relube them.
