Got a ref ticket. Anyone in this area gotten one recently? What does the court do?

I have a 92 prelude with a JDM h22a.

He got me on emissions violation for the motor, loud exhaust, and my ride is under 22 inches. What are my options with the state referee being closed?

the ticket is about 200-300 ... good luck with that

 

i got mine too, but homie told me they will drop it if you make it to court in time before they bring the ref stations back.

 

Yeah thats what I was thinkin. About to go in first thing monday morning. Only vehicle. I dont have time to wait for their stations to open.

 

Another thing they do is right down all the mod's on the car and when they pull you over again it will pop-up that the car has had illegal mod's done to it and if they want to they can make you pop your hood and inspect it and have the car towed if there not taking care of even if you have taking care of the ticket but the mods are still the same. Only reason I know this is because my brother's car got a ref ticket just before the ref shutdown and he was told that they note down everything that they got you for and if they get you again they tow the car no question's about it. what if it were under a different owner the 2nd time I got pulled over?

 

your gonna have to go to court son... i got a ref ticket like a month ago and my court day was on the 17th of september...i went to court and the DA said he'll just reschedule my court date cause ref is gonna open soOn...I ASKED THE JUGDE WHAT IF I SELL MY CAR...SHE JUST SAID BRING PROOF AND EVERYTHING IS DROP......SOLD MY CAR 1 WEEK LATER.....

How much proof? what papers?
