CEL 90?????
I have a 2000 GsR that had some J00 itr pistons and ctr cams installed about 350 miles ago on the car... and after the installation the car has never idled the same. On cold starts it goes up to 2k rpms and once I hit the throttle it goes up to about 2300rpms and stays there. If I drive it even after the engine is warmed up its still at 2k rpms. If i turn off the engine when it is warmed up the car will idle fine at 800 to 1k rpms. until making a stop then it will idle up and down 700 rpms about three times then act normal. The car however does not pick up like it should... seems like somethings holding it back. It gave me CEL's at first which were all four cylinder misfires so I reset the ecu and still it idles the same. Reset the ecu a couple of times and drove it for 100 miles and now its throwing out a CEL code 90(Evaporative Emission Control System Leak Detected). Any ideas of how to go about getting my car up and running right will be greatly appreciated and sorry about all the writing...........

find the leak in your EVAP system.
were any of the emission devices removed for the cam install?
