Default best mounts for h22 crx?

im thinking of pulling my 425hp turbo h22 out of my prelude and installing it in a crx along with a roll cage. anyway im looking into mounts for this swap, and so far ive looked at hasport, innovative, and explicit speed perf. from what i gathered so far it seems like the hasport gives you the most ground clearance, but is expensive. the ESP seems to be the cheapest but i think the ground clearance is minimal. and the innovative kit, seems to give you the most room in the bay for a skunk2 manifold. if you have an h22 in your ef, please chime in with the brand name of the mounts, fitment, description of install, ground clearance/ engine bay room, etc. thank you.

Mine are custom, the hood closes and theirs almost no movement.. however, if I was to do it over again I'd take a serious look at the H2B options. You only want to tackle custom mounts if you have love for fabrication.

Have a look at the hybrid section if you want to see some CRX's with H2Bs. Might even want to ask a moderator to move this thread to the hybrid section.

I wouldn't worry too much about a skunk 2 manifold if you haven't already purchased one. Intake manifolds are highly overrated for FI applications in my opinion.

Ditto

ESP

EURO R mani from RoskoRacing.com is what I used on the H23 Vtec Crx. Turbo soon...

Euro R manifold actually gained me 1/2" room over stock h22. IACV located to under the manifold.
