Hello everyone,I just put an ITR 5 lug swap on my 00 Si.Was a bolt on affair as expected.We bled the brakes two different days,ensuring that ALL the air was removed from the lines.Also Goodridge SS lines were installed at this time.The brakes were awesome before,with a firm pedal,that did not travel much at all maybe an inch or so.Now,the pedal is very soft and travels probably 80-90% to the floor.Im at a loss here to figure what went wrong.The factory master cylinder is a 7/8" and I know The ITR came with a 1",but I don't see how it would give the effects of the problems I am having.Any help is appreciated!Jake

post me pics of one of your front calipers and rear.

 

I will get that up as soon as possible.Anyone have any suggestions so I can get this fixed??

 

well if th pedal was hard before maybe you have a slight leak. double check everything and go from there. also did you follow the recommended bleeding procedure?

 

ive been having the same prob with my car and it was the cylinder in the rear drums that was affecting it also i tightened the hand brake and it made the foot pedal stiffer again....dont kno if that will work for you but u can try
