for those who have a 96-98 hatchback, but opted for the 99-00 tail lights...

what did you guys do about your turn signals? the 99-00 and 96-98 turn signal plug are different, so i cant just use a 99-00 bulb.

i can NOT find the correct amber bulb, all the shucks/walmart ones are too loose and fall out. even with tape it falls out

so.. where did you them from, and what size was the bulb? thanks.

i couldn't find the correct bulb either when i switched over. i finally got tired of looking and bought some expensive "polarg" amber bulbs from a local speed shop for like 5 bucks piece

 

I painted mine with "turnsignal yellow" that I found at a hobby shop. Problem is I think the paint wore off and they are mostly clear now.

 

Hey jonas why dont you just go and buy a 99-00 civic hatchback and stop half assing the bulbs in there with some tape..and are those light hot.i think they are because alot of hatchbacks have been stolen too.HOT TAIL LIGHTS..STOLEN.you better give them back.hahahahahha

I did not know this, only the turn signals don't plug in??? What about the brakes lights???

 

i'm not sure about that, but they probably are different.

anyways, i got the problem solved by getting polarg bulbs.

 

i dont think i understand......what u mean by that....and whats up with your homeboy stickin their hand out the window and giving a thumbs down? thats pretty gay....

The 96-98 look better IMO.

 

hey bro, i already smoothed it out with dennis. my homeboy wasnt giving you the thumbs down, he was giving the hatch behind you the thumbs down..which was his friend.
