cleaned iacv, fitv and tb but still have idle problem. pls help

Default cleaned iacv, fitv and tb but still have idle problem. pls help

hi me and my mechanic friend just cleaned the iacv(which the screen is pretty clogged up) and also cleand and screwed the white thingy all the way down. also sprayed the throttle body.

still the idle flactuate even worst now. it flactuate while the car is running (if i let off the accel pedal) still flacutate on stoped idle.. anything im missing??

Replace the IAC valve. Cleaning it didn't work.
