The Haynes manual for my 2000 Civic does not provide any wheel alignment specs although the manual for the 91 Civic does have specs. Realistically, I can't do much with anything except the toe-in specs. It seems to me that the toe-in specs are probably different depending on the tire/rim combination. The 185/65R14 Michelins look a bit too wide for the width of the standard rims so I would expect the toe-in to be different than for a lower profile tire on a wide rim. The tires with less sidewall support probably have more torque movement on the rims. This car is a standard height (ie. not lowered) 4 door.

Toe specs do not change with wheel size.

 

I will accept what you say about there being no different in toe-in settings for different tire/rim combinations but here is my personal experience.

I had a car once (a 61 Austin Mini with 1100 engine) where the front tires were too wide for the rims and they were wearing badly as if there was too much toe-in. Even when the toe-in was set drastically toed-out - like 3/4". There was rubber dust accumulating on the outside of the front fenders. I had someone else drive my car so I could look at it driving beside it on the highway. I couldn't believe my eyes! The tires were twisting on the rims inwards resulting in too much toe-in. I wouldn't have believed tires would twist so much on the rims. Putting the tires on wider rims instantly fixed the problem.

So nobody knows the toe in specs for a 2000 Civic EX 4 door?

 

"0" toe up front

"1/32" total toe in for the rear.
