just piced up my ek hatch, and the manual window crank screw is stripped (both sides), and the handles dont go on. anybody have a solution to fix this, other than a power wondow conversion (trying to keep weight to a minimal as its being built for a roadrace car)

 

anybody? i need this fixed. it blows using a vice grip torll down te windows.
